Cookie Policy
Last updated 13 September 2026
This page explains the small files this site stores on your device, what each one is for, and how you control them.
What these files are
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, do much the same job. This policy covers all of them.
What we use
Necessary. We store your answer to the cookie question so that we do not ask you again on every page. This is kept in your browser's local storage, never leaves your device, and cannot be switched off, because without it the site cannot remember your choice.
Video. When you play the video, our video delivery provider may store information needed to stream it and to remember your playback preferences.
Scheduling. When the booking calendar loads, our scheduling provider may set cookies needed to show available times and to record your booking.
Measurement and advertising. If you allow it, we load a tag manager and an advertising pixel. These tell us how many people arrived from a given advert, how far down the page they read, how much of the video they watched, and whether they applied. They also let advertising platforms show our adverts to people similar to our applicants. These do not load at all until you agree.
When we ask
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place that requires prior consent, nothing beyond the necessary storage runs until you press Accept. If you press Decline, no measurement or advertising technology is loaded, and the site works exactly as it did before.
Outside those places we load measurement on arrival, as the law there allows, and you can still stop it using the controls below.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to reopen the choice and change it.
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and every major browser lets you do this. If you turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, we treat that as an instruction not to share your information for advertising.
Blocking everything may stop the video or the booking calendar from working properly.
