Who may use this site

Applying is not a contract

The application form is a request to be considered. Sending it does not create any agreement between us, does not oblige us to accept you, and does not oblige you to buy anything. We read every application and we may decline any application for any reason or none.

The engagement itself

Nothing on this site is the agreement for our services. If we work together, the scope, the fee, the payment terms, the length of the engagement and any refund arrangement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both of us. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

What this site is not

The content on this site is general commercial information about how we build marketing and sales systems. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

Results

Any figures, case studies or testimonials on this site describe what specific people achieved in their specific situations. They are not a promise, a guarantee or a projection of what you will achieve. Please read the Results Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information in the application form, not to submit anyone else's details without their permission, and not to use the site to break the law.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape it by automated means, send automated submissions through the form, or copy the site to build a competing offer.

Our content

The text, design, video, graphics and code on this site belong to Ali Consulting or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use any part of it commercially without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely and without owing you anything.

Third party services

The site uses third parties to stream video, schedule calls, send email and measure advertising. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or their availability.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right you have that cannot legally be excluded. In particular, if you are a consumer in Australia, our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, and nothing here affects those. Consumers in the United Kingdom and the European Union keep their statutory rights in the same way.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ali Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred United States dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or used the site unlawfully.

Ending access

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time, without notice, and we may take the site down or change it whenever we wish.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Ali Consulting is established. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that place. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings there.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date it changed is shown below. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
